The tool I received had been cut out of the plastic display pack and looks like it has been used! All of the packaging was not in the shipping bag so it was done before shipping. Not cool!The tool works fine though and after a little wiping down, looks new.It drives with enough torque to run up or back out bolts but I will need to do the snugging up or breaking loose with a hand wrench or torque wrench to better control the tightness. I wear a size medium in clothes but opted to get a small and I would definitely agree with other reviewers that it's best to size down.
