Bought 9-14 for my 8 year old. She is very tall for her age and these are plenty long (it has a saggy crotch area so we pull up the legging which makes them very high waste) These are very stretchy my daughters waist is 26 inches/30.5 inches in hips. She weighs 79lbs. I only give all these details because the seller advised me to order her and adult small (after I ordered 9-14) for the look I’m going for these fit her perfect. I wanted a legging fit for some rock and roll pictures so we needed them to look like leather pants. She would be swimming in a adult small. Like I said these are very stretchy and long legged so I would go by the weight chart to get the best fit. They look really good on the legs, the waist is a bit grandma waist band look but her shirt will cover that. I’m not sure how they will wash/last but they do look super cool.
