Hard to beat for the price

Bought these for RV use at the coast as even stainless knives rust there. About as sharp as a decent stainless knife, but holds an edge better. Not great overall, great for my purposes. May buy another set to use on the boat.

Ultra sharp, will never rust. Spectacularly light, with a perfectly engineered balance and 15x the edge retainment of steel.

Минусы

The knives may not be as comfortable to use as other types of knives
