Free shipping and free returns". Upon my request to return it, the seller tells me I have to pay for shipping. 1st of all, thats not what my invoice says. 2nd I should never have to pay to return poorly made and or defective items that are not as the ad states. Very nice product, only challenge is figuring out how to attach them to the planner so they are uniformly attached. The original planner pad tabs are a lot smaller and the planner still has the same marks on where to put the smaller tabs. The product came already inflated, but missing the pump. I kept the product because Revain gave me a partial refund for the order and the cushion does its job. If the ratchet portion of the wrench is important to you, then shop for a quality brand. They look great, but the first wrench I used failed after tightening one low torque bolt. The ratchet locked up. I couldn’t believe it! I actually laughed out loud wondering how a China factory could produced such an inferior product and remain in business. We had these curtains in our previous house. Before moving, the new owners asked if they could keep them as they looked so great in the house so we left them. This collar size is completely different than others. I ordered a medium for my boxer (usual size in 2 other collar manufacturers) and it barely fit over her nose. The label on the outside gets in the way of enlarging it so it's not adjustable. Additionally, it was described as "soft" on the inside which I need because of a boxer's skin like coat around her neck. Anything not soft chafes.
