I installed these a week ago, and initially, the long one did not contact the windshield in the middle of the blade under the attachment point. This resulted in a 4" wide arc of poorly wiped glass. Now, a week later, it is getting better and I have streaks on the out stroke only. Many other reviews have similar complaints. Perhaps it will get better with more time but this is a poor out of the box experience. If they do improve, I will then wonder if the ends of the blades will start to perform poorly. Although the single piece construction is good for making it harder for snow and ice to freeze up the flexibility of the blade, this implementation has failed to make the contact pressure constant along the length of the blade which is what the complicated lever structure traditionally used did reliably. The packaging indicates that this blade can be used on many different vehicles so it may have been designed to work on a windshield with a different curvature.
