so far, it's great.
Just received this item yesterday. Took about one minute to put the pieces together and it was ready to go. I like that the suction cups on the base are really strong and the ratchet system seems to work well. Appears sturdy, so I am hopeful it will hold up over time.
- What we wanted but it came w a dent in the base. Just didn't feel like messing around exchanging it
- The holder may be unstable and wobbly when placed on uneven surfaces, such as a tiled countertop
