My 3, almost 4, year old daughter loves it. We ordered the 3-4 size, clothing wise she wears a 4 top and 3 bottom, and it fits perfect. There is not much room for her to grow, but I wanted it to fit her right now and it will probably make it another 6 months at least. It is not perfect, the skirt looks a little asymmetrical-unintentionally and some of the seems on the sequins on the top aren't perfect-it's not bad though- for the price it is exactly what I expected. It would have been nice to have some written directions as to proper height and maybe tips for putting it together so all plates faced the same direction without getting too loose.
