Where to begin? This is a tough review for me to write, as this is a GREAT PRODUCT with a GLARING FLAW! let me start by saying these lamps are extremely bright, a tremendous improvement over halogens. No dark or oblique angle spots, nor any poor illumination anywhere in the field of vision. Where they failed was in the included instructions. These aren't the first lamps I've ordered and installed from Auxbeam. The included instructions state to twist the bases off the lamps, install the bases, and screw them back in (similar to the others I've installed already from them). IF YOU DO THIS YOU WILL RUIN THE LAMPS. Unlike their other bulbs, the bases are fixed in place. By following them, I basically ruined the lamps (damaged internal wiring), so I contacted customer service directly at Auxbeam. After numerous emails, and back and forth explaining the issue, was basically told "sorry, they don't fit your car", that was it. As a last ditch effort, I contacted them through ebay, and finally got the issue resolved, although the replacement set still included the incorrect installation instructions. I will be ordering more from them in the future, but will take any included instructions with a grain of salt.
