The couch itself is very comfortable, and the assembly was not very difficult at all. Instructions were very clear. I experienced an issue with UPS delivering one of the packages to an incorrect address. The company reacted quickly and efficiently and sent a replacement box the same day. I had quick responses through email, through amazon messages, and through texting. The company has great customer service. I have already highly recommended this couch to many other people. Great product and the price makes it all the better!
