Perfect for cooling cookies and other baked goods.But, my favorite use is for cooking bacon in the oven.Line your baking pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Insert one of these racks. Lay out your bacon. Once your bacon is nice and crispy, enjoy.Let the bacon grease cool and congeal at room temperature. Then, just wad the aluminum foil up and throw out the mess. My analysis of this product showed that it was not worth the money. While the colors were nice the quality was poor and the materials felt cheap. The pompoms and honeycomb balloons fell apart easily and were difficult to assemble due to poor instructions. The only pro was that the product was delivered quickly. This puzzle is gorgeous! The artwork is incredible and truly lovely. Sturdiness and puzzle thickness are great. Only major complaint is that the pieces are only cut into 4 shapes. So pieces will fit together perfectly and yet be in the wrong place. Makes for a highly frustrating experience, particularly the edge pieces.
