I first ordered a Large because the other reviews said it runs small. I tried the large on and immediately boxed it up to return it. I easily got it on the last row. Ordered the medium next because the material is great in these and I love that it has the zipper, as well. I got it on the last row, but it does what it is supposed to do. Sitting down is hard. Makes it a little hard to breath. But I have never used a waist trainer, religiously. I got one because I had a c section 2 years ago and I am just so self conscious. Might need to move to a small once I get used to the feel of it. Definitely a good buy. I haven’t used it working out yet, because I haven’t felt like working out lol, but I think this waist trainer will tremendously with work outs.
