These are great for running and cycling. I use them almost daily and have not had any problems.I hate to be cold and I use these as a type of thermal in the winter. Depending on where you live these might not be warm enough as a stand alone workout outfit. In the sporting and fall they work just fine without any additional layers. They fit fine and are so comfortable you will forget you have them on.
