These are great for running and cycling. I use them almost daily and have not had any problems.I hate to be cold and I use these as a type of thermal in the winter. Depending on where you live these might not be warm enough as a stand alone workout outfit. In the sporting and fall they work just fine without any additional layers. When it comes to high quality wire, this is top dog in my book. I was completely amazed with how many strands were in each wire. The wiring is still working great to power my heatbed. In fact, I noticed that the heatbed warms up faster since installing this wire. It is extremely easy to solder. The wire takes the solder without having to apply a ton of heat. Great product. These did not seem to fit my grill correctly even thought they were supposed to be the correct length. They ended up being about 1/4" too short to span the full gap between the burners and still be able to fasten them down with the screws that were provided. I had to use metal snips to cut open the ends of the tips so I could still use the screws to fasten them down. It worked for the short term, but I'm guessing it won't last very long. we will see. This is a good case for carrying medical supplies, especially a stethoscope, to prevent damage, but it doesn't hold suturing materials very tightly.
