For Christmas, I had asked for slippers with a solid sole plus some "substance" so when I broke them in, they wouldn't be so sloppy on my feet so I didn't have to constantly grip my toes to keep them on. I wanted to wear them in the house, yet, still go outside and let the dogs out without the damp/wet grass soaking through the cheap soles of my other slippers (Dearfoams) then into my socks. he bought me these. I've been wearing them every night since Christmas, and they are solid on my feet, warm and dry. I may even buy another pair for backup ;) I've even wore them to the store by mistake because they're so comfortable. I. LOVE. THESE. SLIPPERS.
