Like most of you I do some research and compare systems by price, quality etc. The reason I pulled the trigger on this one was the reviews about their customer service. I will get to the cameras later. I did have a small issue with one of the cameras and reached out to customer service. I worked with Yvette mostly and it was amazing. This is a rare company that you don't have to hound. If you have a problem they attack it like a badger mixed with a student loan officer. Next thing I know the system is up and running perfectly. Thank you! As far as the cameras. I have had previous systems over the years that cost more but were nowhere as good as this one. Setup and linking was simple and the picture quality excellent. I would recommend this system to anyone and I am very pleased.
