The lock on this is horrible. It sometimes won't let you lock it back, which is what it's doing to me right now. I know there have been lots of reviews about this issue and it's finally happened to me.REVISED: The seller reached out and offered to help fix the problem with the box and replace it. Turns out, I was finally able to fix it myself with a little lubrication. The seller has been very diligent and courteous. Other than the issue with the lock I've had no problems and would recommend the box. It's a good size, lightweight, very colorful, and does what I need it to do. If I have any future problems, which I don't think I will, the seller stands by ready to help. Now that's good customer service.
