Saved a lot of $$$ by replacing the control module on my Heat-n-Glo 6000BEC-IPI gas insert fireplace! Suddenly stopped lighting, and after some troubleshooting, I determined that the control module just wasn't "clicking". I contacted my local service company and they wanted $75 just to come out and stated the part would be another $75. I found this item from Durablow (LOL!) and seemed to be a direct replacement. And it was. I ordered it bundled with a new transformer and battery module, for way less than what it would have cost me to have someone come out! Installation took all of 5 minutes. Direct plug and play. First try the fireplace started-up. Pictures show the new module installed and the last pic shows the old module removed. They are nearly identical in every way! If you have a Heat-n-Glo gas insert fireplace model 6000BEC-IPI, and do not hear any clicking when attempting to ignite (and after ruling out other possible causes), you can replace using this item from Durablow.
