I bought this a couple of years ago, and more than 1/2 of the time I use it, I get error codes. The most common are error code 4 and 2. Error code 4 indicates a leak, but even after adjusting it and checking for leaks I sometimes get the same code, and sometimes I don't do anything differently and the code isn't repeated. Error code 2 is the most frustrating. It indicates that the device can't find a pulse, but only after ramping all the way up as if it's working properly. It doesn't matter if I reposition it or not, the code goes away if/when it wants to. I do not trust the readings anymore either. I've had it give me wildly inconsistent readings (confirmed via completely unnecessary doctor visit) so I have no way of knowing if the reading is accurate and I need medical attention or if it's just another grossly inaccurate reading. The frustration in trying to get this device to function properly has no doubt contributed to a temporary increase in blood pressure and a desire to throw it across the room.
