Also the two loops that you put the band through to keep it closed move around and slip so the band sticks up at times and then you need to put it back through again. The socks are not really sized properly. I have small feet and they are a little too big on me. I am a size 5 1/2 shoe and because they are a little big they do not fit snugly enough.
