We received the headphones and one was dead on arrival. Sent email to the company (contact info came with the headset) and they quickly sent me a replacement. Customer service was fantastic.They headsets are great and seem to hold up well to my child. The volume slider is a bit small for a kid but some might like that. It's solid with a peek a boo lace line under the bodice, just enough to be a little flirty. I'm a big girl and I ordered my regular size and it fit very well. I was lately banging my head trying to find out what was causing extreme porosity in my TIG welds of mild steel. The vexing part of this problem is that it was intermittent. I could weld for a minute and make a good bead, then some porosity would start and destroy the weld. After troubleshooting nearly EVERYTHING involved, I replaced this reg with my old backup Miller dial regulator and the problem disappeared immediately. I can't think of any downside to this rope so far! I haven't used it long enough to notice any stretching or shedding.
