This is a gorgeous red. And the size was nice and big. It is warm but not real heavy. It looks beautiful and I will definitely keep it out all winter. I washed it according to directions and there was some lint from the sherpa side, but nothing out ogf the ordinary for a new item. I chose this because it is the only infant head support for car seats that is crash tested and from a well known company. The head support is great. I take car seat safety very seriously and I’m usually very hesitant with products like this but this one is very thin and is honestly no thicker than any clothing baby would be wearing and no thicker than the thin infant insert that comes with our graco infant seats. Overall, the shoes are very cute. They were a little larger than expected, but that wasn't a huge problem. The main issue was when my daughter wore them to daycare, her teachers told me that the strap wouldn't stay fastened when she walked, which caused her to either trip or lose her shoes frequently. Only issue was one corner would not lay flat and kept curling but I just weighed it down with something till it stops curling. My 3 Year old loves these! It's great that there are 2 cars so we can play together. We put them in a fairly small area and basically just push the "back" button so they go around in circles and he thinks it's hilarious!
